Hey there! I’m Jessica – a millennial mom of two awesome teen boys, a lifelong early childhood educator, and a proud PCOS warrior. My journey to where I am today hasn’t been your typical ride, but it’s been 100% mine. I got started in motherhood a little earlier than most, went through a divorce (hello, co-parenting drama), battled anxiety and depression, got remarried, and am now navigating life in a blended family. Through all the ups, downs, and everything in between, I’ve learned a ton—and I’m here to share it all with you!
Being a mom is one of the best things that ever happened to me. Watching my boys grow, hit milestones, and become their own people is beyond rewarding. But let’s be real, it’s not always easy. Between raising two teen boys, handling co-parenting, and juggling mental health struggles, some days it feels like I’m barely keeping it together. But guess what? You’re not alone, and neither am I. That’s why I’m here—to share the highs, the lows, and everything I’ve learned along the way.
As an early childhood educator, I’ve spent over 20 years in the field, and it’s shaped how I approach parenting and life. I’m all about nurturing growth, supporting families, and celebrating those “aha” moments. If there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that we can all thrive with a little help and a lot of support.
PCOS? Yeah, it’s a tough one. It’s affected my body, my mind, and my everyday life in ways I didn’t expect. But I’m not letting it hold me back anymore. Through better food choices, fitness, self-care, and some trial and error, I’m slowly finding what works for me—and I want to share that journey with you.
This blog is my way of connecting with other moms, educators, and women who are just trying to figure it out too. It’s a space where you can find support, resources, and real talk about all the things we’re navigating—because, let’s face it, we all deserve to be heard, seen, and celebrated.
So, thanks for being here! Let’s support each other and have a little fun along the way. You’ve got this, and so do I!
